At Nik-San, quality is our top priority. We implement rigorous quality control measures, including pressure testing and x-ray inspections, to ensure every product meets our stringent standards

Forged fittings

Forged fittings are pipe components created using the forging process, where steel is shaped under high compressive forces. These fittings are primarily used to connect and secure pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment within a piping system. Known for their durability, forged fittings offer reliable, leak-free connections and can endure extreme pressure and temperature conditions.

Commonly found in industries like oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, and power generation, forged fittings are available in socket weld and threaded types. They come in various shapes, including elbows, tees, couplings, unions, caps, and crosses. These fittings are engineered for optimal performance in demanding environments, ensuring strong, consistent joints even in harsh and corrosive conditions.

Types of Forged Fittings

We manufacture and supply numerous types of forged fittings, including

  • Forged Elbows (45° and 90°): Used to change the direction of the piping system.
  • Forged Tees (Equal and Reducing): Designed to combine or divide the flow in a piping device.
  • Forged Couplings (Full and Half): Used to connect pipes collectively and securely.
  • Forged Unions: Allow smooth disconnection of pipes without slicing.
  • Forged Unions: Allow smooth disconnection of pipes without slicing.
  • Forged Crosses: Enable 4-way pipe connections in a go form.
  • Forged Caps: Seal the flange of the pipe to dam the float.
  • Street Elbows: Allow trade in the path and connection amongst male and girl threads.
  • Bosses, Inserts, Plugs: Support fittings and offer access to or closure to piping systems.
